If a .health expires
You get a 30-day grace period where you can still renew at the normal $69.00 price with no extra fee. After that it enters a 30-day redemption window where recovery costs $90.00 plus the renewal. Past day 60 the name can't be recovered at all, and around day 75 the registry deletes it and releases it to the public.
